Wednesday Update

Linda was home with Ceil today.  They had a nice day together, taking care of Christopher.  Denise came to visit after Ceil's nap, and then it was a full house through dinner.  Ceil enjoyed a nice rotisserie chicken with all the fixings for dinner.  Then it was already time for AMC.  A good day overall.

Quiet, quiet, quiet.  All day long. 

Monday Update

After the busy weekend Ceil had, it was time to kick back and take it easy.  Ceil enjoyed a nice quiet day doing whatever she wanted to do.  After a nice nap, Denise came and visited for a while, which always brings a smile and funny stories.  We had breakfast for dinner, and then it was time for AMC before turning in for the night.  Simple and quiet day at home for Ceil.

Saturday Update - Road Trip!

 Today was a busy day for Ceil.  It started with a road-trip to see Brian and Micki.  Ceil enjoyed her time with them, and we had a great lunch at Maynard's.  Then it was off to Katie's graduation party.  It was a very nice, and full day for Ceil..

T.G.I.B. (Thank God It's Briday)

Brian came up this morning to spend some quality time with Ceil.  They plan on going to Albany, and a few other places.  Pictures and a story to follow.

Doug came early and took Ceil on a multi-location outing.  They had a great time both indoors and out.  Enjoy the pictures Doug took.

Wednesday Update

Today was another one of those quiet days for Ceil.  We did get out to pick Linda up from work and decided to stop at Arby's for dinner.  Ceil really enjoys the Arby's roast beef sandwich and jamoca shake.  Doug coming on Thursday and Brian on Friday.  There will be pictures and stories for sure.

Tuesday Update

Ceil had a great time this morning with Doug.  Doug came at around 9 am and was ready to go shortly thereafter.  They went to Sauk Rapids and walked on the river trail.  Then it was over to Corborn's for coffee and donuts.  A nice morning for Ceil and Doug.  Ceil enjoyed Thai chicken curry and rice, with pot stickers and dipping sauce.  I'm sure Larry will find a comment to post about that!  Time for AMC.  Good night.

Monday Update

Quiet is the word I use to describe Monday.  All is well with Ceil.  Cela did stop by for a brief visit after Ceil's nap.  Ceil had a quiet evening enjoying her favorite TV shows.

Sunday Update

Sunday was a nice day for Ceil.  She spent most of the day with Denise.  They enjoyed lunch together, and Denise did Ceil's nails after her nap.  Ceil has been enjoying many nice days with her family this week.  Looking forward to many more nice days at home with Ceil.

Saturday Update

Kevin and Colleen came to spend the morning with Ceil.  They went to the downtown art crawl.

Friday Update

Linda and Ceil hung out all day together at home.  They sorted and arranged Ceil's bedroom closet.  It is a good thing for Ceil to have a say in how things are done and where her things are put.  Linda and I are very sensitive to this, and include Ceil in on everything that concerns her possessions.  Another quiet, but good day for Ceil.

Thursday Update

Same as usual.  Quiet day with little to report.  Ceil is just enjoying a quiet life at home with Linda, Christopher and Hannah this week.  Perhaps the weekend will bring more to write about. 

Wednesday Update

Ceil is having a nice time with Linda this week, as she is caring for her while I am helping with the new house.  Ceil is doing great and enjoy quiet days and pleasant nights with Linda, Christopher, and Hannah.

Tuesday Update

Ceil was doing very well this morning.  Linda has the rest of the week off to spend some quality time with Ceil.  Doug came by this morning to some time with Ceil.  They went to Whitney park and strolled around for a while. Then it was off to Brigette's for lunch.  Ceil enjoys eating at Brigette's with Doug.  It has become a bit of a ritual for the two of them.  Ceil enjoyed a nice quiet evening at home. 

Monday Update

Quiet day for Ceil, but a nice day.  Hannah is is here for the week, and has been helping a lot.  Ceil enjoys having Hannah here, and we enjoy it as well.  We went to Steve and Katie's new house, and Ceil really enjoyed seeing the lovely yard and river just across the road.  All is well at home for Ceil.

Sunday Update

Ceil was up and doing fine today.  We went to Sam's Club today to pick up a few items.  Afterward, we went for a nice Sunday drive around town to check out the sights.  The rest of the day will spent relaxing and watching Pawn Stars.  Ceil really like the show.

Friday Morning with Brian II

Today was a special day for Ceil.  Brian came to spend the day with Ceil and had a nice adventure planned for her.  First, they were off to Saver's for a bargain hunt.  Brian had a few things in mind.  Then it was off to the Clearwater Legion for lunch.  Brian had the Chef's salad, and Ceil had the hamburger plate.  After a nice lunch, they were off to Kimball for meat!  They bought brats, steaks, chicken, and pickled herring.  Ceil was out with Brian until 2:00 pm!  What a great day!  Thanks Brian for coming and making the day brighter for Ceil!

Thursday Update

Doug came by today to see Ceil after returning from an extended trip to Eastern Europe.  He brought gifts for Ceil and I, and told some stories about the trip as well.  Ceil was delighted to see Doug after a long absence.  Denise came by after dinner to visit Ceil and pick up Hannah.  A big thank you to Hannah for helping out and spending time with Ceil.  The weekend is fast approaching, and the weather is suppose to very nice. More stories to tell.  Stay tuned!

Wednesday Update - Pizza by the Lake

Ceil was up and doing fine this morning.  It was yet another quiet day on the home front for Ceil.  We did ROM on both the arm and leg, which is going well.  Later, Linda called to suggest we have dinner by Lake George. After picking up a pizza ,Ceil and I picked Linda up and off we went!   It turned out very well.  We enjoyed a nice breeze and sunshine while enjoying a good pizza.  A good way to end the day for Ceil.
