Hello it's me Karen again! I got a phone call this morning saying have coffee made we are coming out. The van arrived with Mom and Doug on their day out. They had come from Target (coffee???) then to Wal Mart then here for more coffee and rolls Doug brought. First thing Mom said was Happy Birthday! We had a visit outside. It was nice but cool so Doug wrapped her in a blanket (John Deere one Mom made for one of the boys) They had to get on their way for Dickie's two for one pork sandwiches--the Tuesday special. Dough said all they have to say when they go into Dickie's is The usual and they get their order pretty fast. Before Mom said Good bye she sang Happy Birthday. Thanks Mom for everything you do for me. Love, Karen
PS Thanks Doug for bringing Mom and for the rolls too!

Wednesday March 14th
Today is Mom's namesakes birthday. Happy 13th birthday to Cecelia! Last Saturday we had a party at Denise's to celebrate Mickie, Cecelia and my 50th (Karen) we had pizza and cake/ Denise made 2 cakes that were delish! Mom was the first to arrive so her, Denise and Hannah played muggins. Mom came in second place. Then everyone started to come so onto eating and visiting. Mom did not want to go down for a nap until after 2. The party winded down after she laid down/ When she got up we had pasta for supper then back home so Denise, Annie and myself could go to a play at the Paramount. I will have to ask Linda how to post photos because I can not figure it out. So check back later. Almost forgot--Denise and Annie helped Mom to walk from the bathroom to a chair she sits on y the dining room table. It was quite a walk for her.
See you soon Mom. Love you, Karen
