Therapy on the Deck

Ceil had PT with Sue today. I showed Sue the pictures of the ramp being built and she was inspired to have the session on the deck of the ramp.

So they had the therapy on the deck.

Ceil really enjoyed being outside doing her therapy, and it went very well.

After her nap, Ceil had visitors. Karen and Cecelia came with her neighbor and her kids to visit. Ceil was excited by the visit and really enjoyed the children. Karen brought a delicious berry crisp for Ceil, which was enjoyed for desert.

The big news of the day was delivered by Sue. She stated that the doctor had signed off on out-patient therapy at the medical plaza. This means that Ceil will receive state of the art physical therapy, as well as top-notch speech and OT at the plaza. Ceil's in-home therapy ends on July 8Th. Yet another exciting chapter in Ceil's recovery. Can't wait to keep you up to date on how things go at the plaza.
