Thursday Update - The Morning with Doug and Doris

Ceil was up and doing fine this morning.  Father Alan came this morning to give Ceil communion.  Ceil was so happy to see Father Alan, and he is so kind to Ceil.  Doug was there for communion as well.  Ceil and Doug left for a long outing to Bowlus and Holdingford.  Doris caught up with them and spent the morning and part of the afternoon with them as well.  Enjoy the pictures Doug and Doris took.

Wednesday Update

Ceil had a very quiet day today.  She watched her cooking shows and did a little therapy.  It was one of those days that Ceil just took it easy for the most part.  The holiday weekend is almost here, and that will bring more stories and fun activities for Ceil.  Stay tuned.

Monday Update

A quiet Monday for Ceil at home.  Therapies and cooking shows for the morning.  A nice nap, and then dinner.  We may go on an outing this evening, as it looks as though the weather may be clearing.

Sunday Update

Ceil had a great morning with Doug and Doris at the St. Augusta bazaar.  They enjoyed the music, company, and good food.  A nice morning for Ceil.

Saturday in Pictures!

Ceil had a great morning.  It all started before she was even awake.  A phone call came at 7:45 from Larry, who needed to hear his mom sing him happy birthday before he left for Yellow Stone National Park.  Ceil sang the song nice and loud for Larry.  That made his birthday. Later Ceil went to the parade with some of her children and grand children around her.  Afterward it was off to Bonanza for lunch.  A very nice morning for Ceil.  Enjoy the pictures below.  After her nap, we had headed off to the Fletcher's for pizza.  More fun and visiting.  What a full day for Ceil.  Ceil is now enjoyingng a movie and relaxing in her lazy boy.  Nice...

Friday with Brian and Micki!

Ceil spent the morning and part of the afternoon with Brian and Micki.  They were kind enough to come on short notice to take Ceil out for some sun. fresh air and a change of pace.  Thanks again Brian and Micki! They went to Munsinger Park and then Anton's for a nice lunch.  What a wonderful time they had.  Now that's living!  Enjoy the pictures they took of their time together.

Thursday Update

Ceil was doing great this morning.  She up and out the door with Doug for their Thursday bargain shopping adventure.  They went to Savers hunting for that perfect something, and tooled around town for a while.  Then it was over to Ceil's favorite restaurant, Famous Dave's!  A good morning for Ceil and Doug.

Wednesday Update

Ceil was up and doing fine this morning.  Denise was here to have breakfast with Ceil and visit for a while.  Afterward, we were off to the Plaza for a doctor visit.  Ceil had a procedure done that would help relax the tense and hard muscles in her right leg, making it easier for her to transfer and bend the right leg.  Everything went very well, and Ceil is doing great.

Tuesday Update - What a Nice Day for Ceil II

Denise was here this morning to spend the day with Ceil.  The fun day included; a new hairdos and eye brow waxing, Gruber's Quilt Shop, picking up Hannah, and going out to lunch at Panera Bread.  What a full morning and early afternoon for Ceil!  Ceil is enjoying a nice evening watching AMC.

Monday Update

Ceil was up and doing fine this morning.  We were off early to look for a birthday card and gift for Claude.  Ceil and Claude have been friends for many years, and Claude has been a great help to Ceil over the years when she needed things fixed around the house.  We are hoping to have a birthday dinner for Claude today.  We will see how things work out.
