Well. some days are just plain lazy, and this is one of them. I think after all of the activity and new things Ceil did yesterday, she decided to just kick back today. Doug came over for a while this morning to have a cup of coffee, and visit with Ceil . Other than that, we are taking it easy for the day. We may go on and outing after dinner, weather permitting.
Since it is such a lazy day, I thought I'd take this opportunity to let you know what Ceil's therapy will look like at the plaza. As I said in the last blog, Ceil will be receiving OT for 12 weeks, and PT for four weeks, to start. Next week the two therapies will be done one after another on Wednesday. Ceil will start with OT at 8:00 am and then PT at 9:00 am, finishing by 10:00 or so. I plan on getting PT to sign on for at least 12 weeks like OT. Four weeks just isn't enough time to objectively assess Ceil's ability. Once speech therapy starts, we will have all three disciplines twice a week in the morning. Some exciting stuff ahead for Ceil.
