Monday Update
Ceil was up and doing great this morning. Denise came for an early visit during breakfast and kept Ceil laughing and playing cards until the OT arrived. The OT worked with Ceil on dressing and using a devise that will assist her with putting her socks on. Denise was in attendance to observe and learn from the OT. Doug came to put in the railing for Ceil to practice walking and to do various standing exercises. Doug did a great job putting the railing in! Thank you Doug!

I hope Mom and Denise weren't playing cribbage. You risk being double skunked when you play with Mom! Didn't I see that guy working on the railing on that T.V. show, This Old House?
ReplyDeleteMom did great job at skit,(31). We played a few rounds with me reminding her how it was done and by the third game she was making her own decisions on what cards to keep. She beat me four games! We also started a game of solitaire, the way grandma Beaulieu played, and she was catching onto that pretty quickly too. It was really fun. Denise
