Friday Update

Quiet morning for Ceil.  We did stretching and electro-muscle stimulation.  Hoping for some fresh faces to stop by soon.  Ceil really enjoys visits from friends and family.  The weather will be changing again, as we are now under a winter storm warning until tomorrow.  Not going anywhere for now.
