Friday- Shop til you drop
Ceil woke to a sunny and cold day today. After breakfast it was off to Shopko. Rob and Linda were looking for a few workout items...found some good deals on running shoes. After Shopko it was off to Walmart- or Hillbilly Heaven as we call it. Denise has a birthday around the corner and we had to pick out something that was both needed and wanted (we think). As we were finishing up in the grocery area we ran into Marcy's daughter Jeanne. We talked about Marcy's 90th birthday party that happened last week....looks like Ceil's invitation got lost in the mail....darn it (Ceil was at the top of the guest list but the invitation didn't arrive?). We plan on bringing Ceil over to see Marcy sometime...Ceil and Marcy have known each other for decades...and they are both former Golden Rockettes! Not sure what's on the agenda this evening but tomorrow there's a road trip to Forest Lake planned!

ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't been around for a while. I've traveling to Arizona, and I don't know what all else. Anyhow, you better watch out because Mack the Knife--I mean Larry the Commenter--is back in town!
