Wednesday Update

Ceil woke up with really good energy this morning.  We did ROM, and will also do the recumbent bike and EMPI this morning.  Ceil is really looking forward to this evening, as she will be having dinner with the Fletchers!  It will be a fun time for Ceil as she will be celebrating Hannah's birthday as well.  Ceil had a wonderful time at the Fletcher's for Hannah's 14th birthday.  Bill and Denise were the consummate hosts.  They are so attentive and gracious, and that made the night even better for all of us.  Thank you so much for all of your hard work and wonderful food!  Ceil is now kicking back watching Top Chef.  Big day of therapy tomorrow.  See you then.
