Update: ING had a "Yard Sale" and Linda picked up a few items for Ceil and Rob. Linda brought Ceil a yoga mat and hat. It will take a lot of push and encouragement to get Ceil down on a yoga mat, but never say never...maybe Ceil will like it.

Wednesday Update
Ceil is doing great today. This has been a very quiet and boring day! Nothing planned for this evening either. See you tomorrow.
Update: ING had a "Yard Sale" and Linda picked up a few items for Ceil and Rob. Linda brought Ceil a yoga mat and hat. It will take a lot of push and encouragement to get Ceil down on a yoga mat, but never say never...maybe Ceil will like it.

They call those yoga poses "asanas." I want to see Mom doing the "Lord of the Dance" asana! What else would it be? OK, maybe the "Dolphin" asana. But not the "Downward Facing Dog" asana, OK?
