Monday was a nice quiet day for Ceil. After a healthy breakfast and some Food Network, it was on the recumbent bike for nearly a half an hour. Ceil peddled for over a mile at almost 4 miles/hour. Very good! The rest of the day was spent doing some small projects and enjoying her day at home.
