Wednesday Update

Ceil was up this morning and doing good.  After breakfast, Ceil was complaining of right foot pain.  I determined that the different tennis shoes were the culprit, and changed them immediately back to her standard shoes.  I believe the shoes were causing her foot to cramp up.  So, I used the EMPI to gently work her right foot and improve the circulation and that seemed to do the trick.  Other than that, very quiet all morning and afternoon.  Steaks on the grill for dinner with a baked potato and sauteed green beans.
